Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married two-person team (Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, health support (medications), daily activities, religious devotions, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
