Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding groups of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent with a stable student home. Candidates must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and commit to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; pet policy restrictions apply.
