Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) residing on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgets, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to live on campus in a smoke-free, weapon-free environment, and a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a nine-on/three-off duty cycle initially. Experience with youth preferred. Two-spouse requirement and individual applications are required for consideration.
