Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on a campus-based team for Milton Hershey School students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a later transition to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; total compensation approximately $180,000 per couple including housing and meals. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply individually.
