Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, managing household routines, medications, transportation to activities, and planning developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a flexible nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
