Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Qualifications require experience with youth, a two-person married couple arrangement, both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children in the home, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role includes on-campus housing and meals while on duty.
