Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on campus provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and coordinating with on-campus homes. Requires on-campus residence, on-site responsibilities, and a commitment to a structured family-like environment supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married (for both spouses)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
