Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee household budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home as a Placed Houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying to Sunday Chapel
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
