Job Summary
Couples reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment as a Placed Houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-spouse minimum two years married eligibility
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model to students

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
