Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) will reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting for the household, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and adherence to campus rules; willingness to obtain van-certification and lead students in devotions and chapel.
