Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver role for two-person, married-couple team (Flex Houseparents) living on campus at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. On-site on-campus residence with full benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a total compensation around $180,000 per couple; includes housing and meals while on duty. This is a full-time, two-person role requiring both spouses to apply individually; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both partners must be 27+ years old.
