Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning/developmental activities, daily devotions, and Sunday Chapel. They oversee household routines, budgeting, and reporting, with a nine-day-on, three-day-off schedule before transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus housing plus comprehensive benefits. Requires targeted experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
