Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples live on-campus in student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same students in their own home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
