Job Summary
Two-person on-campus Houseparent couples provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple (~$168,000), relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications

- Must be legally married for at least two years

- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Two-person role: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
