Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside on campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, mentor and guide their academic, emotional, and social development; manage daily routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan development and devotional activities, oversee budgeting and reporting; nine days on/three days off initially with transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Requires on-campus presence, compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol), ability to lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA or Mayfield, UT area. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married couple minimum
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
