Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in a two-person married couple role, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, youth experience, and willingness to relocate to on-campus housing in Manteca, CA; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse (two-person) role for legally married couples
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
