Job Summary
Two-person married couple on-campus role providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students in a resident home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses 27 years or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
