Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and evolving from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. On-campus housing with a working nine days on, three days off schedule, relocation assistance provided, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
