Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents role located on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and care, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a single student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and complete individual applications for both spouses; relocation assistance is provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
