Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation is provided and benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
