Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation assistance is provided and paid training is included. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and adherence to Judeo-Christian services.

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds
