Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) will reside on-campus in student homes in Escondido, CA, guiding 8–13 students with daily supervision, routines, medications, transportation to activities, and development-focused activities including devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting, planning developmental and recreational activities, and transitioning from initial rotational duty to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; both spouses must be aged 27+ and legally married for at least two years. Relocation assistance provided; on-duty compensation and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
