Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Compensation per person is $46,917 annually, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. This position requires a legally married two-person couple, both spouses aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
