Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students. Requires a legally married two-spouse team (both aged 27+), high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to the on-campus housing in Hershey, PA with initial placement in Eagle Lake, TX as noted in the posting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to pass certification to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
