Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Student Support Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Requires a legally married two-spouse team, both ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
