Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, providing care and guidance, supervising daily routines, administering medications, coordinating schedules, driving students to activities, and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes before transitioning into a Placed Houseparent role. The schedule operates as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with ongoing responsibilities for student well-being and development.

- High school diploma or GED

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
