Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; progression to Placed Houseparent holding the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; includes medical/dental/vision benefits, retirement options, and paid time off. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth. Location noted as Towson, MD, US.
