Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential school program reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. The position requires a high-school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience with youth, with relocation assistance provided. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be aged 27 or older before applying; the role includes relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus housing benefits.
