Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus in student homes in Hershey/Harrisburg area to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition into a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.). Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year married couple, both spouses age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver's license, and comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel activities.
Required Qualifications
