Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in a home-like setting; responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, completion of individual applications, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; total compensation for the couple is approximately $180,000 with housing and meals included. Both spouses will begin with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then move toward a stable home assignment.
