Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and structured routines. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition into a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Two-spouse requirement and ability to complete individual applications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
