Job Summary
Couples applicants reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise and guide 8–13 students in a home-like setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
