Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. This is a two-person, fully supervised role for legally married couples (both spouses must apply), with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent within the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA or Amherst, CO is involved. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-year married couple minimum
- Couples age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
