Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgeting, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Requires on-campus housing, caregiving for youth, ability to lead devotions and chapel participation, driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.
