Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver duties for a two-person, married couple role: live on-campus in student homes as Flex Houseparents, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines for ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from 9-on/3-off to placed houseparenting. Requires commitment to a structured, family-like environment, passing training, and relocation to Hershey, PA (and related campus locations). The role emphasizes caregiving for youth, leadership in daily routines, spiritual-life activities, and maintaining a safe, supportive home for students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years

- No more than three dependent children in home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
