Job Summary
Two-person on-campus role as Full-time Flex Houseparents to care for 8–13 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; relocation assistance is provided. Requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel activities.
