Job Summary
Two-person married-couple on-campus houseparents responsible for supervising 8–13 students, providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and progressing from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents while living in the student homes; includes relocation to Hershey, PA area as part of role and comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
