Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development opportunities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Qualifications require two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both ages 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotions; relocation assistance is provided.
