Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to groups of ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan development and recreation, lead daily devotions, and participate in Sunday Chapel. Initially work a 9-on/3-off schedule across multiple homes, then transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits. Requires two-person married couple, at least two years married, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model behavior for students
- Relocation to Hershey, PA as part of on-campus housing role
