Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes in a faith-aligned educational setting. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from an initial nine-on / three-off duty schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement with continued residence in the student home.
