Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on-campus in student homes housing approximately 8–13 students. The role involves daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The working schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with an eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include a salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other amenities.
