Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves living on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
