Job Summary
Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to the placed Houseparent role. The position is a two-person, full-time role located on campus in Hershey, PA, with relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Couple must complete individual employment applications

- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
