Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes serving a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, budgeting oversight, and planning developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, managing student schedules, and ensuring student wellness. The position offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply individually for consideration.
Required Qualifications
