Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on Milton Hershey School's campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student home. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance; salary per person is provided, with total compensation reflecting a two-person arrangement. The position requires a two-person married couple, age 27+, with a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, and involves lifting up to 50 lbs and leading youth in Judeo-Christian services.
Required Qualifications
