Job Summary
Care for ~8–13 students in on-campus homes; provide supervision, mentorship, and daily routines; administer medications; drive students to activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; involve both spouses in a two-person Flex Houseparent role with progression to a placed houseparent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
