Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in on-campus student homes. Married couple residents provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgets, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and paid training provided; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, and marriage of at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role.
