Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
