Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, developmentally appropriate engagement, and spiritual activities for a group of ~8–13 students. Shift pattern begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group.
