Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes, residing in the homes and guiding daily routines, activities, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role for continued care within a consistent student home. The role emphasizes living with the students, fostering a structured, family-like environment, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a two-year-marriage minimum for the two-person couple; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with allowed pet restrictions. Relocation assistance and paid training provided, with a salary of $46,917 per person and comprehensive benefits.
